When, Where, and How Long Is a Season?
AFC plays on Mondays at Hanovers Draught Haus.
AFC plays on Wednesday at Uncle Gary's.
Season will be 7 weeks of regular play, plus 2 weeks of playoffs.
Make up games due to weather will be made up at the end of the season.
How many players are on a team?
You can register 7 players per team. Just remember, if you play on the Monday or Wednesday League- you need to have at least 4 players for a full roster and 2 girls need to be on the court at all times.
What kind of scoring system is used?
Rally scoring is used for all games. First team to 21 wins. Best 2 out of 3 takes the cake. In the event of a tie, a third game will be played to 15 to determine the winner. A team must win by 2 points.
Which Bracket Is Right For Me?
There are currently two brackets to chose from. AFC reserves the right to combine the brackets into one- depending on league size.
Monday Nights:
Since the majority of our players that participate this night are competitive players, we have divided the brackets into 2 pools- Pool A and Pool B. Each pool will consist of 8 teams max. Feel free to check with your friends which pool they play on, and sign up in the same one.
Wednesday Night is an open bracket. All skill levels are encouraged to participate.
